Mitarbeiter Projektcontrolling (m/w) – 50%.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortlich für das Controlling unserer Beratungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte
• Kaufmännischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Partner der Projektleiter bzw Fachexperten
• Projektplanung (Termine, Kapazitäten), Projektabrechnung
• Mitlaufende Nachkalkulation und Abgrenzung zum Monatsabschluss
• Termin-, Kosten- und Fortschrittskontrolle
• Erkennung, Anmeldung und Abrechnung von Mehraufwänden
• Mitarbeit bei Kalkulationen, Angeboten, Vertragsprüfung
• Mithilfe bei allg. Businessplanung (Forecasts) und der allg. Buchhaltung
• Weiterentwicklung Prozesse

Voraussetzungen:

• Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbilung (KV o.ä.)
• Erfahrung im Controlling (idealerweise im Projektgeschäft)
• Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Organisationstalent
• Gutes Kommunikationsverhalten, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit
• Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office incl. MS Project
• Führerschein

To expand out business in the middle east we are hiring an experienced

Passenger Information Systems Engineer (m/w) – 100%.

Your duties:

• You will work > 75% of your time for the next 12 months in the middle east.
• You will be part of one of the most prestigious projects in the transportation industry
• You will supervise the design, deployment and acceptance of passenger information systems across a major city in the gulf area.
• You will work within a highly skilled and energetic team
• You will act as a consultant to a government organization
• You will oversee technical and commercial aspects
• You will oversee project timelines and milestones
• You will report to the Technical Director of the project

Skills:

• Engineering degree in electrical engineer information technology or similar
• > 10 years professional experience
• International experience (ideally incl. Middle East)
• Experience in ITS, ideally in the area of Dynamic Passenger Information
• Professional knowledge of Office environment (incl. Visio and MS Project)Good communication skills, can lead tasks
• Very good skills of the English language – German and/or Arabic is a plus
• Very structured and reliable personality
• One or more of these skills is advantageous:
  • LED, TFT display technologies knowledge
  • Acoustic announcement systems for public transport
  • Participation in infrastructure (architecture / civil engineering) projects
  • Project Management skills
